So is it the state of Kuwait buying us? Or just a really rich Kuwaiti company?

 

If some oil rich sovereign fund wants to buy us, they'll buy us. There is no competition with Friedkin's pockets. As is obvious by now, friedkin and pallotta are not buddies and there is no personal favor being made.

If this supposed Kuwait bidder doesn't win it's because they don't actually want us that bad. Unless you're Newcastle, there is no such thing as "missing out" on a quasi state sponsored purchase.
