Honestly, if Cleveland wants to be happy with what they have and not get a soccer team, that's their problem. I was hoping for the rivalry that this would build, but I'm glad I can remained focused on hating those punk-as$ F*re Ultras.
Yes. That is the exact reason I posted that. I'm sorry it was a bit blunt. Dealing with ignorance put me in a bad mood. Back on topic, I've been reading the cleveland.com boards recently and am sick of people there whining about having to drive all of 20 extra miles if they are to put a stadium in Summit County. Having grown up in the area, I know how fair-weather Cleveland fans are. It seems with all the stadium problems, this "team" would be a bother to Clevelanders more than anything, and I don't think they will be as patient with a team as New England or San Jose were. At first I was looking forward to this in state rivalry, now I would rather see a another city get it. There are plenty of other cities in the country that could support an MLS team.
