Word is if the city realistically hopes to field a team for the 2005 outdoor soccer season, it must be awarded a franchise by late summer and break ground on a new stadium by November or December. no word of an investor or possible grounds- is anyone betting on cleveland?
Being from the burbs of Cleveland (unfortunately), and seeing what the city has done to move towards getting a team, I would say don't count on it. All talk no action so far. C14
