Scoreless first half between Tecos and Tigres.

First expulsion of the season was Tecos DT Darío Franco just 8 minutes into the game.

Borgetti's first with Cruz Azul! A header drilled in off a corner.

    Good for Borgetti.....

I want him to do well... I would like for him (dont know how much gas he has left) to break Cabinho's record

How does a coach get kicked out in just eight minutes?

It had to do with an offside call on a free kick which disallowed a "goal" by Tecos.

No. It was Diego Colloto and replays showed he was out in front. He didn't argue. Just wagged his finger at the linesman. He knew he jumped the gun.

Ok. Being Tecos, theyll need all the goals they can get this Clausura. But thats a little too early in a game to be flipping out like that. Franco seems like the type of coach that yells just for the sake of yelling.

best goals for this week would have to go to

    1. Cuauhtemoc Blanco
    2. Mario Perez
    3. Richard Nun~ez

    ----------------------------

I was able to watch 7 of the 9 matches this week. Have not been able to do that in quite some time :D

    -----------------------------

I think the season got off good. some good game. some good goals... despite what people say about interliga (it does have its problems) i think it does help teams because they play 3-4 hard fought matches before the start of the league...

Ramon Morales Gol at the end of the game was pretty good.

Its beginning to be automatic for him. Screw that relying on the barrera BS
