The Kremlin's website (revolutionsoccer.net) has not even a token mention of the departure of the team's second all-time leading scorer. Not even the token "We thank Pat for his contributions to the team and wish him well in his future endeavors." Am I wrong to think this is a slap in the face to someone who's been a loyal servant to the club?

Calm down, they're just slow. I don't think it's a case of being disrespectful. After all, he's still listed on the roster as well.

I don't believe that the deal is signed and sealed yet? Hopefully they will make an approriate announcement and acknowledgement when it is official?

I wonder if the Revs can go "oh darn, he called our bluff" and pick up the option for 2008?

I would love to see this issue settled in court with artists renderings and everything.

Who cares what the website says?

Do you honestly think that Noonan checks the website and gets upset that he isnt mentioned?

Noonan, 27, played five seasons for the Revs after being drafted in the first round (ninth overall) by the team in the 2003 MLS SuperDraft. He appeared in 119 games in New England, starting 110, and scored 37 goals and added 29 assists while helping the team reach three consecutive MLS Cup championship matches. He left the club ranked third in both career goals and career assists. Noonan will reunite with former Revs goalkeeper Adin Bown at Aalesund.

“We want to thank Pat for his tremendous service to the organization during his career,” Burns said. “He is a model professional who was a big factor in our recent success. We wish Pat the best of luck in his new endeavor overseas.”

They need to wait for Angelfire to update the template for them.

Isn't he the 3rd leading scorer between TnT and Joe Max Moore?

Some of you people simply amaze me. The team's website is usually the last to update the news because they can't nor should they announce rumors or "close to being done" signings or any of that sort. When it's official, the Revs should announce it. And to say they are classless because they are following the proper protocol is idiotic and immature. There are certainly enough things to get mad about the Revs for but anything they have done has never been considered classless.
