I listened to the second half on FiveLive, could not believe it. Without injured Anelka too. That was one sweet comeback. A lot of tears at WHL tonight!

That has got to be right up there with the Inter Milan match as the most enjoyable second half of football i've seen in a long long long while. Classic!!!

Very exciting match to watch. Nice goal by Wright-Phillips....even if it did look like he was a step offside.

Check out this thread on the Spurs board.

First, they don't start commenting till halftime. Typical bandwagon. Then of course they're popping off about how great they are -"Bring on Manyoo!"-type stuff.

Then it gets a little sad around there:(

    Spursenfreude indeed.

This was a great game. I happened to be sick today, so I was home. I kept an eye on the game while I was working on the computer. After the second City goal went in, I could not help but watch the rest of the game. When City scored the winner in injury time, the neighbors probably were wondering who this laughing fool was. Great entertainment value all around.

Spurs/City on at 11pm on FSW!

Haven't seen the game, but I think I'll have to give it a watch 2nite. How dare them blighted spurs laugh at our Reyes when their whole team is crap?!and Reyes will adjust to the PL speed of play a put in a few class goals past the spurs- - mark my word!)

I just can't understand Spurs, Keller is past it, they get rid of Zamora in favor of Defoe, Postiga has been a flop. The Zamora thing is the one I just can't understand. I think he has the potential to be far better than Defoe at a fraction of the cost.

When they calm down they'll see the silver lining in this. At least they can get their "end of season video" now!

    :D

you wanna stay with milly until your dead, but you just got a bottle upside the head.

I'll kick a dog when its down.. but I think the pathetic display by Sp*rs says enough~ They are shi*e, they know it... AND citeh were down to 10 men... they should sack their manager.. oh wait.........

This one is lame. Surely there are many ways to make fun of Sp*rs without even too much creativity. Resorting to the old and tired gay humor formula is utterly poor.

Apparently Spurs have named the man they want as their new manager, it's blind Labour MP David Blunkett, he dosen't know much about football, but he can hold onto a lead

I haven't laughed so much, or felt so good after watching this game. Also being told that the Sperzzzzz crowd were singing after 45 minutes, "Are you watching Ar-sen-al"?. I am pleased to say that "YES, WE WERE!!!
