Haaland scored from a Sancho assist. The midfield is a bit weak and inexperienced with Bellingham and Reyna starting. We are losing the midfield battle, but we are too deadly with our attack.

This is a game we can probably afford to get away with it.

Haaland is so dominant physically. I didn't see it to that extent last season. He (almost) literally sends his opponents to the ground to cry a little.
It's also good to see that Sancho looks more comfortable and confident again.
I missed the early chances that Bruges supposedly had but our defense seems to have everything under control as well.

Great free kick goal from Sancho. Perfectly placed.

This game was a good opportunity to rotate the squad and, to Favre's credit, he did just that. Outside of Haaland, I was very impressed with Bellingham's ability and willingness to look for and show composure with the ball at his feet. For being so young you never see him panic when he has the ball and is not afraid to hold on to it and turn with it while looking for the best outlet instead of just punting it or playing it quickly back. He is an exciting talent and slots in very well to take over for Witsel as he is more agile than him which helps in the ball-winning department but is also more skilled with the ball at his feet and looks to offense as soon as he has the ball.

On the other hand, Reyna has not been good over the past month or so and it shows in his demeanor as well. It is clear that Favre favors him but to what extent can you justify giving him that type of playing time while Brandt and Hazard are riding the bench?
