This is from UEFA.com: 34' Vintra (Panathinaikos) commits a foul after challenging Reyes (Arsenal). What is this, like the 3rd time this guy has fouled Reyes? When does this come under the heading "persistent fouling"? When does he pick up a yellow for this?
