I could care less about them, after all Bayern doesn't and shouldn't need that 4th spot to advance to the CL
They have put themselves in such position and regardless, they should be able to finish 3rd anyways.. that way they can play in Europa with the rest of the teams. Who knows what will happen though.
you don't live here and don't have to bear the constant hyperbole that surrounds BVB and on how good they are. But then again it is their own fault that they have a shitty coefficient and are getting a bad seeding due to it
We are allowed a little Schadenfreude every now and again. We want them to go far in the CL so that they have to focus on more than one competition like we do. I really don't see much chance of BVB getting anything better than 1 or 2 home draws and 1 home win. Their group is just brutal.
Bayern has the easiest Schalkes group is very doable and they can even top the group. BvB hmmmm. Have they released the schedules yet?
That won't end if they don't advance from a group with Real Madrid and Man City though. They have a perfect excuse - english and spanish champions blahblah.
If BvB ever aspire to FCBayern's CL success, they will do like we did and pound Citeh and squeak by Madrid like we did last least season. I can't think of a more perfect test for them to prove themselves in the CL. Our group? Käse...
I'm just trying to be nice. Individually City is league's ahead of them and in CL this is often enough all that is necessary to advance
sure, but that will just expose their lame excuses when the 2nd in Germany can get past Real and City like Bayern did last year and they as 1st can't
This is true. I honestly would not be surprised if their only points came from the home match against Ajax. BVB could easily make it to the R-16 with a home win vs Ajax, home draw against Man City, and an away draw at Ajax. I expect Real to win all 6 of their matches, which leaves BVB and City in a 2 way race for 2nd.
Schalke's group is interesting. Olympiakos seems a half-step behind the rest, to be sure, and Arsenal a half-step in front. If you had to bet your house on one team finishing ahead of the other, who would you bet on: Schalke or Montpellier?
Bayern got home wins vs both City and Madrid last year I see no reason why BvB shouldnt Since they are German champs
I really dont understand.. BvB can make 2nd place of they play like they know how.. Ajax is beatable, Madrid ripped them apart last year... Manshitty are the biggest overhyped money whore douche team around, they will flop again in Europe. I honestly believe 2nd place is a real possibility for bvb..
Football is not equations. There is no such thing as BvB > Bayern & Bayern > Real , City => BvB > Real, City
1. City 2. Dortmund 3. Madrid I know it won't happen but it would be amazing. Imagine the Madrid forum here @ BS
Just because BVB has got our number, doesn't mean they have the quality in their squad to compete with the likes of Real. Hell we could easily have lost that 2 leg tie if Real has a little sharper in front of goal. Its not like we dominated them.
