I agree about a Las Vegas team playing only in the evenings, due to the heat. Otherwise, who would put up the money for a domed stadium?

Yep, the Las Vegas 51's (formerly Las Vegas Stars), Pacific Coast Leauge, AAA baseball, farm club for the Dodgers. Been around since 1981 I believe. There are better markets for MLS, but perhaps years down the line..

I think the only way someone will build a domed SSS here is if we get some soccer-crazed local with a couple hundred million to burn...so if I can hit the California lotto we'll be set!
