It’s safe to say as fans we all have a love hate relationship with Insigne. He gave us moments of brilliance and moments where we all wanted to see him never take the field again.

For me it was nice seeing a player that was my age out there. I have memories of talking about him with my late father. We would always watch Napoli games together… one of the few things we did together.

I feel like this will be a new beginning for the club. Insigne was a pain in the ass but he was our pain in the ass.

Best of luck in the MLS with Toronto.

I will miss him but he annoyed me a lot too. At times brilliant and brought passion but was extremely selfish when he missed a chance and could not handle pressure.

We need to move on but will miss him.

He's a special player, but his passion and desire wasn't the same anymore.

He wasnt selfish enough. His problem was taking too many soyboy shots that would float over the bar.

Neither would yours be if you had to put up with fatty pappone and the fans constantly throwing abuse at you for the entirety of your career.
