Hey. I'm trying to figure out how to make churrasco-style lamb. Churrasco is a Brasilian type of barbecue. I think I brown the lamb on the grill, coat it with salt and then slow grill it until it's done.

    But I could be wrong.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks!

    Thanks, bio!

    Great stuff.

What is a Chilean-style churrasco? Would it work with lamb?

Churrascos are basically steak sandwhiches. My tia Merced makes great churrascos.

I can't wait to go back (beginning of June). Empanadas, pastel de choclo, cazuelas, humitas, ceviche, mote/huesillo!!

And getting to eat with my family !!!

I'm a veggie, but those chilean churrasco sandwiches smell really good. If you ever come to Santiago go eat at La Fuente Alemana.
