    Agree.

Is Harry Kane world class? His numbers are insane for years.

    100%.

Everyone's definition of "world class" is going to be a little different, but for me it's basically a World XI, plus or minus a few players.

Kane gets into that team for sure.

If you would start for every team in the world, you’re world class. That’s my take, anyway.

I don’t think Pulisic would start for a City or a RM - but maybe he can reach that level, who knows.

Don't think he'd start for lots of sides, personally... part of the reason I don't have him pegged as "world class".

Funny things is we'll never know which players can or will start for another club.

Pulisic was on the bench at Chelsea then go to Milan and start for them
Kalulu couldn't even get on the bench at Milan and now start for Juve
Kovacic was fighting for starting spot at Chelsea and now starting for City

Biggest issue for Kovacic at Chelsea as far as starting were that he was often injured or returning from injury.

I was abut to say the same thing. Kovacic never had a problem being a lock starter at Chelsea WHEN he was fully fit. And as I recall, he even won their POTY award one season when CP was there.

    I mean -
And he's cover at City. So it's not like he's a lock starter.

He is now with Rodri out, but he really hasn't been a lock starter at any other time in his club career.

Most league starts in a season is 26 with Inter a decade ago, but even that still means he started about a third of their games on the bench.

It's City - only one or two people are a lock starter really. He's a decent player though - nice to be able to have him as replacement for Rodri.

They've played 9 league games and he's started 8. The one he didn't start, he played 69 minutes.

If that's not a "lock starter," I'm not really sure what is.

If hes still feeling down from the flu, or whatever he's dealing with, sub appearance for 30 against Monza and then let him get his usual 70 or so against Madrid

It’s City and he’s 30. I can certainly see Gundogan getting the odd league start depending on who city is playing in the CL and the league and how many minutes he may have played in a given week. Right now they have like 9 players out so it’s a little tough to judge.

I hate the term world class - but you are making a case for none of those players being world class, not the opposite. Surely undroppable is part of the requirements. It begs the question of whether players like Son or Bruno Fernandes are world class.

Ultimately it smacks of insecurity for us to chase that term. Who cares if people view him as world class? I’m happy for the rest of the world to underrate him.

World class is a nebulous term that has different meaning to everyone and is only opinions.

Christian Pulisic is world class in the category of: edging toward a mullet. Business up front, party in the back baby!

Looks like Pulisic is finally putting RLC on the bench

Leao still get no love from Fonseca. If this keeps up, I am sure his team is going to make a push for a January move.

Rlc adds nothing to the team. He don't score, assist, win Tackles. Just empty body out there.
What a miserable signing. Same with emerson.

Now they will try Terraciano at rb?

If he keeps playing the way he does, Valesca is going to release an Italian loafer named after him.

Pulisic is about the best kind of player that a top team could have if they want a consistently superior wing player who is guaranteed to create and/or finish chances every week. He would be just as good and influential at Madrid, Barcelona, or wherever.

Milan would be in dire straits without him given the underperformance of several “stars” on the team (Leao, Hernandez, etc) who cannot perform at Pulisic’s level over the past two seasons.
