Rumor is Milan trying to move Chuk this January.

Curious who they will bring in to replace him.

Now I’m certain CP will never even make the bench for England.

I 100% understand what I wrote because I’ve led people and made many mistakes and learned from them. The worse thing CP could have done was to start a pissing match on the field. The other two missed their takes, looked like idiots, and now the issue can be dealt with in the locker room.

I don't see any of CP's former Chelsea teammates on the current England roster.

What happened to them? Mount, Chillwell, James, Sterling, etc.

Mount has had a lot of injuries as well. Missed 27 games last season and 3 already this season with a hamstring injury. On top of that, he is an AM and ManU has Bruno Fernandes there, so even when healthy, won’t look great for a lot of minutes.
Chillwell also missed almost all of last season but while healthy this year, he has been shelved for better options. Reece James about to return from injury but who knows how long.

I wonder how his Italian is coming along. He mentioned in an interview he wanted to get better with it and he was able to pick up German fairly well from what I recall

    I lived in
He comes from a German-speaking part of the US tho, so that should come easy...

I'm pretty crappy with languages, and only lived in Italy a short time, but found "street Italian" fairly easy to pick up since folks will talk to you for hours even if you have no idea what they are saying.

I don’t know why, but over the past season or so I’ve had this weird feeling that Mount is going to end up in Serie A, specifically at AC Milan. Time will tell…

He's making €13M /yr and his contract goes through 2028. He'd have to be willing to take a substantial haircut,to go to Milan but you never know.

Agreed, but Milan does have a strange fascination with washed-up and/or overrated former Chelsea players, so he does fit the bill. :whistling:

In other news - Raul apparently took a pk off of Perreira at Fulham and got told off for it even though he made it.

Italian clubs have gotten pretty good at having English clubs subsidize players they otherwise cannot afford. Lukaku comes to mind.

Dude is out again. At least just a knock. It has been awhile since he has played a long enough stretch of games to even see what is there.

Can we stop with all the English bashing? Last I checked England has done pretty well in big tournaments in spite of their overrated tag. This isn’t the forum for your repeated bashing.

    Yeah - inter..!

(I actually like Mount more than most here. If healthy he would be ok, but there's not really a natural slot for him with AC's current roster.)
