Chaos. Hard to imagine Tuchel or a relatively high level coach would take on this job with all that is going on.

One of these days Christian will return to MLS to extend his playing days . . . and still Tuchel will follow him. Guaranteed.

If you're counting the couple years at Genk when he was 17/18 years old (he still produced 12g/15a).

In addition to last year at AV, he had these 2 years:
    At 19, he had 12g/6a @ Leverkusen
    At 22, he had 15g/10a @ Leverkusen

milan is so weird to me in terms of how they handle their squad from year to year...i feel bad for CP

its insane to me how people were wondering if he would get off the bench for milan when hes clearly their best player.....the disrespect

they dont adress the issues...and just let them continue

loftus cheek as attacking mid??! like what

    their midfield creates nothing

if they had a good midfield that could threaten teams...they would be so much better

their 9 situation is a chronic problem as well

and defense is decent but against good teams doesnt hold

i get it is about money...and good players re expensive but they got pulisic for 20m...they can find other deals out there as well.....you dont have to spend 100m on every player

Ibra is going to step into the void like he's Roland at Ronceveaux and, like Roland, will blow his own horn so hard, being a exceptional blowhard, that he will be the architect of his own demise as well.

I feel bad for CP and Musah, as RedBird/Ibra will surly make things worse before they get better.

I think it will get worse before it gets better. Let’s be real, Milan are going to get roasted at Bayer Leverkeusen, probably putting them in real danger to get bounced from the CL early.

the nice thing for our guy is I think CP is playing well, obviously backed by stats, and is valued by the coaches, fans, and fellow players. Unfortunately I was hoping he would have chances for silverware at Milan, and I don’t see them picking up any sort of trophy for awhile. Unless they suddenly go crazy in the next transfer window and spend a fortune, which clearly they don’t have.

“Zlatan use black belt diplomacy. Best diplomat in world.”

Seriously though, as someone who does not read Italian, it appears from the outside that Milan brought in Zlatan to try to make up for some of the lack of leadership character in their coach that ultimately materialized in the open disrespect showed by Leao, Hernandez, and others during the first fixture.

There are reasons why Pulisic has been front and center with the team as more of a public figure…he does and says all the right things. The guy is exceptional with his consistency at the top level of form of his career right now. Leao is the classic underachiever.

Should have kept Pioli. He did well with what he had.

Not really. Both having problems but very different reasons. Chelsea just Kees buying players and throwing darts at who plays, never getting any rhythm, never having any strategy on purchases while Milan plays mostly the same players but doesn't buy enough to solve their problems.

Or they could have invested in a quality and proven manager instead of dumpster diving.

If the goal is to legit compete atop Serie A and advance in UCL then you get a higher tier manager.
