Yawn. Any supposed "top _ list" that includes Jack Grealish in it is useless. FFS, he isn't even the best at his position at his own team, let alone one of the best in the game.
Probably needs to get out of England. Like Pulisic did when everyone was saying the same thing bout this time last year.
Maybe? But look at what Grealish actually does, and compare it to what Doku does, and well, ESPN should be embarrassed.
He's "pretty," which gives some English fans "the vapours." He sells shirts, but he has neither the pace, nor the technique to defeat a defender, and then provide service to the giant Norwegian to finish.
No doubt. I mean, what would Citeh do without Grealish's awesome "Hold, hold, hold, backpass" routine? Typical British media types over rating a middling English talent.
ESPN rankings always carry heavy Premier League bias for British players because of their British staff. There was a recent ranking by British media for all-time Premier League greats and there were only like 3 foreign players, which was laughable given it was the influx of foreign talent that transformed the league.
Even accepting this bias, no one can look at what Grealish actually does, and then looks at what Doku actually does, and then decide to have Grealish on that list. And even "expanding" ESPN's myopic views to leagues they cover, any sane observer of football would not have Grealish ahead of the Williams Brothers at Bilbao.
Seeing rumors (many by questionable sources) that Milan reached out to Allegri. If he takes over, CP had better run for the hills
"We can't have Tuchel coaching CP again, he's gonna try the wingback nonsense again!!!" *monkey's paw curls*
Juve fans give allegri a bad reputation. He's won the league with 2 teams, got to a cl final. He's a little defensive, we need that cause we're super leaky. Milan with allegri nearly eliminated prime barca. On the team, el shaarawy, muntari, pazzini, mbaye niang, with Kevin constant at left back. No to be confused with Paolo Maldini. If only niang scored his 1v1 at nou camp.
I bet ManU fans were saying that about Jadon Sancho six months ago. I don't know why but the PL just doesn't work for many great players. There's a long list and it's especially hard on young, inexperienced players. Could be a speed of play thing that takes a while to get down and English coaches don't have the patience to nurse young players like leagues with less money who have to.
It very chaotic and prioritizes getting the ball off your feet. That is just one way to play soccer, there are others.
