Losing 0-1 at home today puts Hobro in dire straits: they need to win at Vejle next Sunday or it's goodbye Superliga.

Cappis came in at the 65' mark for Kristoffersen. They won 0-1 in regulation (Sabbi assist) and are now playing overtime. Whoever loses gets automatically relegated.

That was abysmal from Esbjerg, collectively, but put it on the stat sheet.

Sure but it was a fantastic ball that gave Hobro a chance. Hope this helps the kid get more game time.

Fantastic? The end result was good, but it was a pretty run-of-the-mill hopeful ball over the top. That gets cleared away 99% of the time.

Most of the time that ball goes long and out for a goal kick or off target for a turnover. It was indeed a good ball that gave the attacker he aimed at a chance. When it cleared his head, his fellow attacker was spot on and dispatched a cool finish. While I certainly agree the defending and goalkeeping were subpar, it's also fair to praise Cappis for a good over the top ball in.

2 minutes of his best touches against Randers. Really clean on the ball, quick accurate passer. Two-footed, might be better with his left.

I saw his game for the second half. He is a rangy, 6'1 midfielder. He plays outside right mid. His passing game is solid, able to get out of a jam by either passing or dribbling. What I like most is his ability to link with the forwards and still be able to help on defense. He is the one that tied France for us in the USA-France final tuneup game. Think of him as a young Bedoya but much bigger with better passing and attacking game.
