It will be sad to see Lieblingpanzer go- that was one of the best we’ve ever come up with.

 

my vote for yank kid at torino is in the mail.
I stuffed the mailbox. they should be counted weeks after the results are in.

I still think there was something that could have been done with Italian tanks/Fiat references, etc, but I went with the Yank Kid at Torino as an homage to the good ol days of BigSoccer before the crash. A little bit of nostalgia is never a bad thing.

Two articles came out at around the same time; one described McKennie as Tedesco’s new lieblings. And the other described him as a panzer. I put the two together, into lieblingspanzer, and someone else used that to come up with the title.

Had to look it up, as I only know Abbondanza from the commercial.
