Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Too much parity in MLS, but Palermo at the top of Serie A is a good thing? Glad the interviewer found him to be a buffoon as well.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Giorgio, instead of buying Lazio, buy an MLS club then, and show us how it's done.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" does anyone have a link to the Chinaglia radio show?
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" More words of wisdom from a fugitive-from-justice has been.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" does anyone give a sh!t about chinaglia...is the better question. the more he gets ignored, the bigger d!ck he becomes.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Is there anyplace to download archived versions of that radio show?
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" You might see if its archived at www.incrediblystupidstuff.com
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Took the words right out of my mouth... After all, Champions World or whatever his company was called was such a smashing success.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Chinaglia: The Premiership is the most exciting in the world because they have exciting teams and great foreign players the other leagues don’t have. Serie A is also a tough league, as is the Bundesliga. Even the French league has grown over the past few years. I love the quote above. Did he really omit La Liga? Yeah, no big name international stars in that league... I really can't stand Chinaglia. Is there any way we can trick him onto a flight back to Italy? I also like the part where he refers to "Juve" as a city.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" does anyone give a s*** about Chinaglia? Why does anyone even give him the time of day? Even Trecker is more relevent than Giorgio...
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Although Giorgio makes the perfect villain. (And he's always instructive as a cautionary tale--the exact quote above is why most footballers don't make good businessmen.)
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Hasn't Chinaglia been sent to prison yet?
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Chinaglia ain't like most footballers; he's even worse. Honestly, is there any business venture that hasn't collapsed the moment he got his hands in it?
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Now he's stealing Shep Messing's catch phrases. Giorgio Chinaglia: big spender soft on crime no integrity potty mouth eats puppies On November 7th, vote your conscience. This message paid for by Garber for MLS.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" "Giorgio Chinaglia: Are You Kidding Me?" It would make a great t-shirt.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" I cannot help but smile when Chinaglia gives out advice on how to run a business. Be it a hot dog stand or soccer league, it is just too funny.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Agreed. Ooooooooo... wish you hadn't said that... Boys....
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" This jerk is really lucky because he's found a great way to save a lot of money on his medical bills. He's able to do his own Colonoscopy by direct inspection.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Ok so Chinaglia is a moron. But hasn't Bruce Arena basically been saying the same thing only with a lot more eloquence.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" i agree as of now italians or at least fans of Serie A should not be preaching soccer to anyone. The shape in which italian soccer is in now is quite sad. If any of you speak italian here is an article on the dropping attendance and the dropping salaries in Serie A, B, C to cut losses. Main points in article: The average pay in Serie A for players is 1,033,000 euros with 20% of players above that average. Player's salaries are going back to the levels of the early 90's Attendance is declining due to very expensive tickets even in standing only seating areas. http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/SerieA/Primo_Piano/2006/11_Novembre/09/stipendi.shtml
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" What a stupid point. Does anyone really care about the head of any sports league? I don't think so. I couldn't even name the head of any soccer league besides MLS.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Chinaglia is spot on with his analysis of the MLS. I hate to tell you this but the truth is the truth. I don’t think I would let him run any business of mine, however. I don’t see how any fan of soccer could not agree with: Goal.com: “How does MLS compare to those leagues?” Chinaglia: “You’ve got to be kidding me. There is too much parity in MLS. The league can’t succeed with the current budget. If you have great players, then people will come to the stadiums. You think people give a shit about [MLS Commissioner] Don Garber? It’s about the players.” Or Goal.com: “Is there a future for Giorgio Chinaglia in MLS?” Chinaglia: “No chance. They can’t stand me because I tell the truth -- period.” **Goal.com: “Are you saying that MLS doesn’t like criticism?” Chinaglia: “They don’t. Let me say this: Not one person at the top of MLS has ever played soccer.” Call me crazy but MLS is no where near being a top league in the world; we had better stick to playing among ourselves and lightweight teams like Costa Rican clubs or risk being exposed! BTW Garber has gone as far as he can, time for a change, IMHO.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" I give much more a shit about Garber than I do about Chinaglia . . . Garber is currently steering the ship that's powered by Phil, Leiweke, Lamar, Red Bull and Kraft and others . . . I don't know what Chinaglia has going on that's relevant to the future of American soccer, but unless he has a better group backing HIM, then I'm with Garber.
Re: Chinaglia on MLS: "Does anyone give a s*** about Garber?" Call me crazy but if you think that in ten short years MLS should be anywhere near the top leagues in the world than you're a bigger ass than Chinaglia
