I watched the second half of this game last night; one of the most amazing displays of courage and determination I've ever seen in sports. Australia was outclassed in every possible way, yet had the sheer will not to lose that night, and extend their cup run. If this was an American Football game they'd be singing paeans to the Matildas, and the game would show up on ESPN classic. Australia has a great chance to take 2nd in their group, and after last night's classy display, they've certainly earned it. Brava.
It's been a while since I've watched a game where one team completely dominated the other team in every way. Australia was extremely lucky not to give up any more goals. Very impressed with the organizational skills of China. Very calm and confident style of play with lots of speed.
yeh down under coverage aint the best but there is a soccer show who has been tracking them and will be corssing live to the US to speak with them. with who im not sure but they will interview someone GO AUSSIE!!!
