As my first season comes to an end, I want to thank @MLS for this Youth Spotlight focusing on my path to pro. Everything I do is for Michael Taylor and my father, and this is just the beginning 2️⃣2️⃣⏳ https://t.co/rWdekj4RzJ— Julian Araujo (@julian__araujo) November 1, 2019

This dude went from almost retiring early when he was buried at Chivas to having a top 3 Mexicans in Europe career. If anyone has ever deserved a pass for an MLS move it’s him.
Good for him, he wasn't getting any playing time in Sevilla. That said, I don't think this move will do any good in terms of the national team. May he enjoy the retirement league.

I have subscribed to every Cheec tread since he moved to ManU. But no mo' Congrats to Cheech, it was a good run, much fun was had.
Honestly mexico doesn't have an abundance of proven strikers to push off hernandez to the side. If hes getting goals and is in form I wouldn't mind him coming of the bench, I feel he can still be very useful for mexico up into the coming WC
Good for Javier He’s already in his 30s and hasn’t gotten consistent playing time in his last two clubs (West Ham & Sevilla), so why not go where you’re guaranteed playing time and making big bucks? Time to enjoy semi-retirement
It's crazy how time flies, I still remember waking up hungover and checking Medio Tiempo for the surprising news that he went to Man U. Good for Cheech, LA will get him ready for 2022.
