A day that will live in infamy! I'm pretty sure after witnessing this for a few years in a row now, MLS HQ has most probably sent down an edict to not steal the thunder of the MLS playoffs and final with local non related MLS club news so thusly....there is no new Chicago Fire FC news to report today. ---------------------------------------------- Non Fire News ------------------------------------- All Footy games on TV today: https://firsttouchonline.com/soccer-tv/ AND ALSO Loonixxx approved global football listings: https://www.livesoccertv.com/schedules/ The FINAL!!!! <crass spoiler NSFW comment alert...DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU ARE A FRAGILE FLOWER>. I just meant per the roster rule bending and endless promotion of the marquee star in the marquee club that it seems pretty clear at MLSHQ the narrative they wanted all along was for Inter-Messi to win the final and it happened thus causing the collective front office "Smorgasm" to occur. I wanted Mueller and Berhalter to win as well but you know, took this opportunity to inject some crass into the daily news as I figured it would "mostly" be appreciated. Regarding the "Infamy" it is the anniversary of the 1941 Pearl Harbor attack but quoting FDR while also throwing some Blutarski in there who's character was played by John Belushi who ALSO appeared in the very odd movie "1941". No disrespect meant to any military or naval personnel who sacrificed on the day.
