Cherundolo starting at left back, no Zizzo.

It's a shame Munchen didn't qualify for the Champions League. They've improved more than any other big European club this offseason.

I'd be surprised if they don't win the Bundesliga by 10+ points.

Luca Toni jumps over Dolo on a set piece for the header and hits the post. Talk about a mismatch, though Dolo isn't marking him in normal play.

OK, I know it's been asked/answered a million times, but who is the British commentator here? (GolTV feed) Can never remember the name.

Hannover looks like they could use Gooch on their backline. Toni is on the verge of ripping this team to shreds.

With the attacking talent Munchen has, is there really a defense in the world one could be confident to shut this team down?

1-0 BM. A breakaway goal for Luca Toni. The goal came from the left side of defense.

    Cherundolo not at fault.

Toni somehow manages to hurt himself in the process. The only thing holding Bayern back at this point is injuries.

Did anyone else see GolTV's feed freeze for about five minutes? Not sure if it's them or if it's the cable company.

Very sage, taking what I said about a one v. one matchup and blowing it out to apply to entire teams.

Not here. Just the standard low-res video and mono audio I get from GolTV...

Really chippy game. Think SC got carded for a foul on Lahm, but was in the middle of switching channels.

Lala off for his second yellow.

    Hannover's in deep doo-doo.

Second goal for Bayern finally came--van Bommel.

2-0 Van Bommel strikes from the right (theirs) after Bayern had been attacking down the opposite side (against Dolo) for the last 10 minutes. Dolo with his hands full against Ribery.

Cherundolo given credit for having a good game and playing well positionally by the announcer.

Hannover under seige (despite the fact that Toni has gone off with an injury). Dolo looking okay against everybody but Ribery (who is fun as hell to what, by the way).

edit: Also by the way, Buff, I hope you don't mind my sticking my oar in occasionally, as you're filling us in on multiple games.
