Not much in that first half. From a few points of view.

Too bad we probably won't see Martin for too much of 2T.

Still this match is there for the taking. Our taking!

    I believe Bundesliga allows this.

Jackson's run on that last Chelsea attack was so stupid. Offside the entire time as the only passing option. Just slow down a little and Neto would've had a great opportunity to do something.

Fortunately, he sucks, and didn't do that.

How about we get one of their 3 players on a yellow sent off?

Little Gabi dribbles promisingly into the box, then dribbles into 2-3 defenders, coughs it up. Sums him up, of late.

Kind of fortunate to get away with no penalty on that Saliba - Fofana bear hug.

56' Havertz head is bleeding. Quite a bit. Stitches must've opened up. Wonder if he'll be able to continue? Meanwhile we play with 10

That's 2 chelsea players with strong pushes/hits to the backs of our players. Caicedo then Jackson. Both fouls, but neither awarded a yellow.

p.s. Kai is back on with a lump of vasoline in his hair. :)

Interesting strategy to only defend half the pitch. Surprised it didn't work out for them.

Everybody does this. Odegaard’s pass was just that good.

66' Timber with a marauding run through several Chelsea players, and his shot wasn't far wide. We don't see much of that kind of play these days.

    Not to that degree.

Usually don't let two guys blow through a static defense completely unmarked either.

Oops. Neto left with a little bit too much leeway by Kai. And boom... 1-1

72' Merino & Trossard for Rice & Martinelli. And surprisingly (to me at least) Odegaard plays on.

Saka's been relatively quiet today. We could really use a moment of creativity from him, to make the go-ahead goal.

    COYG!!!!

Well so much for that idea. :( Cucurella just kicked Saka off the pitch and out of the match.
