A chance for cho to impress down the left. Hopefully we show some ruthlessness out there and go full tilt from the start against a pretty average team.
The announcer on Peacock (who’s full-on reading an essay) just noted we’ve made more changes than any other club in the PL.
James isnt playing anywhere now. Injured ffs. A system that relies on attacking wing backs now lacks the main choices on both flanks.
Looking bad on the injury front with Liverpool coming up at the weekend. Now we have the prospect of Lampty v Alonso VAR looking. And it's a goal
After scoring we were 2nd best by some distance, anyway long term injury to James has completely ballsed up anything we had left regarding any challenge for the league, I don't think I've ever been so depressed after coming in up at half time!
As a side note I don't think I've EVER seen Brighton 'outplay' / 'out-shoot' Chelsea either home or away until this game (so far anyway).
Man down both RWBs not a good. No one is scared of Alsono and Azpi as wingbacks. Puli / Cho are fine going forward there but they aren’t defenders.
Mount and Pulisic need to be doing more. Neither of them are having a great night and they are our most creative players
Maybe we just have to bail on wingbacks for a while instead of cramming people in who aren’t good fits.
