I have the sex panther of connections on their app. 60% of the time it works every time.

Alonso has been busy out there. Could do worse at centre forward. As pat says, thinks like a forward.

Big drop in quality with the second half replacements.

Well a great cross from Babarama leads to equaliser

The touch from noodles in the build up to the goal was beyond awful. It was so bad it threw the defender off completely and he forgot to clear it.

Such awful football all around all the way up to the lack of marking in the box. Pre-season ladies and gents.

1-2 in the end with a goal each for the young strikers. The #19 looked a good prospect

I've seen far worse pre season matches. Quite lively and some good bits and pieces to it.

I far prefer home based pre-seasons.

Yes much better than slopping round the States or Asia

Half time, once again good lively game with both teams going for it, not a pre season stroll round the park. We play Arsenal early on so a good marker to lay down.

However this is still pre season and no doubt there will be a host of changes in the second half.

As predicted 5 changes. Tammy on Kai off Zappacosta among others on. Two academy players on at the back. First showing of White for the arse.
Another sighting of Drinkwater and the young Stirling

And there is the equaliser, Drinkwater forgot to challenge at a corner and Xacker gets a free header

Pat Nevin sums up Arsenal players. "They run into a player and fall over and expect a free kick"

The young Stirling, do you think he will be one of the players to make it into the 1st team squad this season and avoid a loan? Will Tuchel keep RLC around do you think? Sarr or Amapadu or both? Lots of Chels players fighting for their chance.

Stirling has looked a very good prospect in the pre season games. I am not at all impressed with Share.

Apparently TT has said that it's in RLC's own hands but he wants to see more effort and see him make driving runs.

Competition for places is going to be tough

But it is not in his hands is it. It is in his feet. :)

In the formation and style that TT has us playing, RLC as cover for Havertz might mean he would get more playing time than a player like CHO.

RLC needs a confidence booster season.

The 5th stand app wants 11.72 to watch a single preseason match? A bit much no?

Kante tackle leads to ziyech who makes a nice run and clean finish. One nil to the good guys.

Been a very good half from a pretty strong side but my goodness does this team need a proper striker. There's very little identity up top and too many players trying to do the same thing.

A target man up there would be a literal game changer. I don't see what we have as being sustainable for a full league campaign unless our aspirations are just to scrape top 4 and have some cup runs.

Bakayoko should never play for the club again.

As for Sarr both the academy boys we sold are twice the players. He was way off the pace again
