    1. get martino to be a midfield maestro again. help him add bite, bulk, and determination to his skill.

    2. get buddle to lose a couple and start terrorizing defenses again.

    3. get marshall to fulfil his potential. bruce should be forced to make a call.

    4. make the playoffs
