Do have some experience of having treated this type of cancer during my years as a surgeon. The key is location and cell type. They often occur in areas of previous severe trauma. If it's low grade cell type a wide excision with or without some radiation will usually result is a cure. I'm not sure what "in remission" means in the context of this type of cancer but I will take it to mean he has a good prognosis. Like all of us, my Prayers are for him to achieve a full recovery.

Interesting that this is the second Rev player to be diagnosed with cancer, treated and return to playing in the same season. Says a lot about their inner strength and emotional toughness. Oo-rah Charley: Bravo Zulu

WOW thats special. Well done MLS Central Productions. Those are the kind of stories that build momentum behind a team and the sort in general
FWIW, That is a highly unusual presentation for this tumor but from the info presented I see a very high probability of a cure.

    I smell a CD9 Hot Tricj ascommon :)
