No other detail except a one-line message from somebody who was there at the game; it was a 1-1 tie. Charge finish their exhibition season 2-1-2. More as the night goes on, perhaps, or tomorrow, which is likelier. Paul
Charge v Power in Oakland [R] Just got back from the game. Snowed most of the time. Charge took a few minutes to get going. Milbret capitalized very early. Charge played a thirty minute block in the middle of the second half which gave a glimpse of how dangerous they are going to be. Arrington scored for the Charge during this time to bring the score to 1-1 where it stayed. Saw Makenin and Hoffman for the first time in Charge uniforms. Pichon looked solid on the left wing, and Borisjuk played well in the forward spot. Dwight
Writeup on the Power website: http://nypower.com/350434.html Heavy snow?? Triple . Moore looks as if she played the whole game...for whatever that's worth. Paul
lets put it this way, i didnt show up because i didnt think the power would be nucking futz enough to make em play in such bad weather...stupid idea and im glad no one got badly hurt...however we do look banged up from that misadventure...chalk another gene-ass stroke to marenhoff
Are Smith or Pichon hurt?? If not, the Charge have enough replaceable parts to fill a starting 11. Hoffmann has been activated. And Makinen is now a dual citizen.
