Hey people! Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been reading this board on and off for a long time and have never posted. Like the rest of you, I was certainly bummed by the premature end to our girls' season, but they've proven they're as good a team as any over the league's first two years and I'm certainly pumped up for year No. 3. I'm a season ticket holder and thinking about upgrading to VIPs this year because of all the bonuses they're offering now. Anyway, just thought it might be worthwhile to some of you to pass along a little information. I was talking to a sales person with the Charge today and he mentioned a "Holiday Pack" they've decided to sell on a limited basis. It's 4 tickets and 4 limited edition Charge items that you can only get through this offer. If I remember correctly he said it was a red charge fleece blanket, a stainless steel charge coffee mug and a mousepad autographed by philly's phinest lady -- Heather Mitts. There was something else too but I can't think of what it was right now. Sounds like they're only telling season ticket holders right now because they only are selling a certain number of packages. Since the items will all be delivered in mid-december, they'll make some nice gifts for my kids at the holidays. Just thought this might interest a few of you. The guy's number is 215-952-5405. I got a message about them processing my season tickets for next year... and something about deals too..
the power are giving scarves away i think this would be good for the charge to do too...scarves are a big part of soccer tradition
and now there is an offer on www.philadelphiacharge.com for the holiday paks. the only problem i have is i am already planning on buying extra season tickets, so i'm not sure i can use more tickets. i wonder if they'd let me get the merchandise without the tickets.
same here...already re-upped my tix...and dont need more than my own space...but i would like the chance to buy the stuff at fair market value and id still perfer a scarf to a blanket but im just wierd like that.
