Championship Merchandise

Looks like I'll start gloating to him then?

 

I have a very nice black "1998 MLS Cup Champion" t-shirt that I got from the Fire about a week after the game.

Considering how mismanaged the USOC is in about 1,000 different ways, do you really expect them to have merchandise for it? They can't even bother to promote the event itself properly so that somebody besides us BigSoccer posters has ever heard of it. What makes you think the concept of merchandising has even entered their heads?

I have a lovely 1998 Championship Sweatshirt that I bought for my (now) ex.

I was able to keep the shirt...she kept our dog.

The dog died...I still have the shirt.

I win.

Anyone know if they're selling any post 2007 Chicago Fire Championship apparel?
