needless to say, we need to score early and most likely at least twice.

If we end up needing two then we will in fact need three. I hope we can just keep a clean sheet and score a goal.

I too am hoping for the 4 4 2. This is the 3,465th week that we've said that though. Don't check my math on that one.

We need 2 forwards in the box. I'm sick of seeing Drogba alone with Kalou and J. Cole in the East and West stands respectively.

Would love to wade into this, but with that moron in charge I wont waste my time.

I will add the following though

    1. If Malouda starts are chances of winning decrease dramatically.

    2. Feck it, heres my team.

    Cudi
    A. Cole Terry Carvahlo Ferreria
    J. Cole Lampard Ballack Essien
    Anelka Drogba

    subs
Hilario, Alex, Belletti, Mikel, Maka, Kalou, SWP

Ferreria should be a safe choice at the back giving us 4 competent defenders while the midfield pushed the tempo for an early goal.

I'd put A.Cole on the left and Paulo on the right. It just seems natural.:p

So you're saying you'd put Anelka and Drogba in goal? :D

I can't argue with the above selections as I'm in favour of a 4-4-2 formation with Anelka and Drogba up front.

A 1-0 victory should not be difficult to obtain at home, enough to put us into the semi-finals!!

I say we go with a 2-4-5. Put Alex up front partnering with Ballack's aerial ability along with Drogba, Anelka, and Cech. Midfield we have Lampard, Essien, Makelele, and SWP. Makelele in the Lampard role with Lampard playing the Makelele role along with SWP acting as Lampard's partner. Essien in his role. Defense we just use Carvalho and Terry and give them guns and see what happens. Grant will then revert to a 4-2-4 a la our Cup Winner's Cup Side with Lampard domintating the midfield that Zico will have to jump in to help his side.

On a realistic note, does it have to be said?

Grant's going to go for a 1-0 win, risking going down in flames to some fluke goal from Barche at the 90-th minute.

Well if we lose I'll be absolutely gutted. This is our shot to get into the semi's...again. Though it might be our year to win it. A tired Arsenal side, or revenge against 'Pool. Followed by most likely a United without Rio and Vidic.

Please please please Grant don't eff this up. This really is our chance.

I fear if grant tries the Jose way i.e 1-0 or at the most 2-0, we will lose. Jose was a master at shutting out teams. Doubt grant has that in him. I really want us to fire on all cylinders as i am sure fenerbache just wont be able to handle our fire power. Drogba and anelka upfront seems like the best way. Hell i say keep sheva on the bench. He has a habit of showing up for these big games. Although i dont think malouda is complete shit, i wouldnt want him to start. So my line up would be as fern as put up and i sure as hell bet that we wont see it tomorrow. Oh well, not tired of saying it, COME ON YOU BLUESSSS

As long as Drogba and Anelka are up front and Ballack Lampard and Essien are in midfield I don't care who else plays. There is no reason why this team shouldn't win. Just don't give david space thirty yards from goal.

I cant wait for tomorrows game Im excited, I have a good feeling about it. Unfortunately I will miss most of it as I have a job interview around that time :( but I think we will win 2-0 tomorrow and advance to the semi's goals by Drogba and Lampard thats all i can say. GO BLUES!!!

As a fenerbahce fan, I want to see a great game. Not a defensive and careful game. If fener scores first, it will a great game. I want to see Chelsea's best line up, to me it's:
    Cudicini(cech cannot play)
    Belletti JT Carvalho A cole

    makalele

    lampard essien

    j. cole

    Drogba Anelka

    Fenerbahce's lineup should be:
    Volkan
    Gokhan Lugano Edu Vederson

    maldonado

    M. Aurelio
    Deivid Ugur Boral

    Alex

    Kezman

But our subs are the key to reaching the semis.

Sadly I won't be able to catch the replay :(, taking a friend out to the airport and I'll be pretty much out all afternoon.

All I want is a goal along with a 4-4-2. Drogba and Anelka up front.

    UP THE CHELS!
