Don't they have the awards and all the other crap before they actually do the draw? For some reason I remember that the actual draw was like an hour and a half after the start last year.

well all the predraw bs is now started. I'm getting tons of buffering even on a just audio feed. UEFA.com sucks at dealing with the hit on their servers.
I started the video stream 1 minute before it started and it worked fine for me. I had it running from 10 minutes before, but it froze so I restarted it.
