    So, assuming no forfeits:

    First Round has:

    1 Aruba
    2 Surinam
    2 Antigua & Barbuda
    1 US Virgin Islands
    1 Netherlands Antilles
    2 Dominica
    1 St. Lucia

    Quarters:

    1 Jamaica
    1 Trinidad & Tobago
    1 Netherlands Antilles

I guess participation is a kinda "if you want to enter, you may" for the countries/clubs involved. Last year there were 2 Jamaican, 2 Surinam, 1 Trinidad & Tobago, 1 Antigua & Barbuda, 1 Saint-Martin, and 1 Montserrat.

Judging by national teams the winner should come from Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago. Unfortunately CONCACAF has not posted a bracket saying if North East Stars and Portmore United FC would meet in the semifinals or finals if both of them made it that far.

Portmore United and NE Stars will win their respective ties. Portmore has the easier matchup as opposed to Stars but I think both will prevail.

of course...but that doesn't change anything to the fact that Guatemala is still going to be sitting at home crying ;)

That is a sad state of affairs, it's not like the other participants have incredible funding either. If the funds are that limited for North East Stars the least they could have done is look into it earlier and allow the T&T runner-up to take their place.

Oh well, Portmore United couldn't care less.

There could be 3 Dutch-speaking clubs in the semis.
