    For Case:
I have to agree with you on the back line. Wayne Bridge is garbage. I have never seen anything to make me think lescott would be up for nomination to play for the three lions. I was livid to see that back line and then see cashley playing for that old girl's-name-club commonly referred to as cheatski. The midfield I must in some part disagree with your dismissal of SWP. His speed was absolutely devastating to croats defense and so was Richards' speed...Walcott may have been a better selection for RM but SWP should have finished his opportunities. I also have to agree with your bashing of our beloved "man u no 2." What the hell was he thinking with crouch as a lone striker?? G+Lamps=Destruction. I have been trying to defend him saying his job is difficult, but after seeing that line up... I gave up.... then after the first goal I started cursing him.

    For R&W:
Women all over the world dig accents. I'm sure you already know... but don't forget the exchange rate for Rand to BP is like 14-1. a pint is like R42 or so .....so don't forget your wallet.

It was difficult for anyone to play well down the right wing at Wembley it was the boggiest bit of the pitch. The ball just didn't travel.

Well Happy 17th to you there Kait *awaits photos of the masses of football merchandise she has received for her Birthday*

bk4realyall, I'm thinking that the high alcohol prices would be a good thing. 3 weeks ago I ended up in the VIP section of a club, with bottles of vodka and Capt Morgan sitting there in front of me, for free. I ended up on the pavement without a phone...

Can you not set your profile to be invisible or private to them...so that they don't even see your posts on your mates wall then?

I can actually find out for sure...my sister's had to go to a lot of trouble in this regard.

no phone... but atleast you still had money. I once woke up on the floor of some girl's apartment in a different city with no money. I didn't even know who the hell that girl was, and the city was almost 100 kilometres from where I live. I have been piecing that puzzle together ever since.

case... facebook is the devil. and so is text messaging. Stick to the CB radio and bad sitcoms. there's just as much drama and more efficient communication through those mediums.

I'd rather lose my money because I would never have carried the equivalent in money as the value of my phone that was a couple of months old.:(

How old ru again? U already looking quite sized for ur frame, id err on caution lifting too much while u still growing elst u'll turn-out like some freaky mini-hulk....

But yea shoulders basically overhead pressed, front and side raises, shrugs and rear flys.... Id say defn make sure u hit the lat raises light but for high reps to get yourself some rc strength whilst keeping mobility, saying that I was told the other week in a physical assessment by a power conditioning specialist that I have "enormous powerful over-developed traps" so perhaps im not your best resource for advice....

Thanks man.. unfortunately, I didn't get anything related to soccer... since my mom spent close to $500 on an xbox 360 for me. Which I am satisfied with, because I've wanted one since the beginning of summer :)

    3am, 6am, what's the difference? :)

Freshman and sophomore year, I had to take the bus, so I had to get up at 5am, for a 6am bus, for 7:15 school start. If I was too lazy to shower at night, it meant I was up at about 4:45 for a shower... ouch.

I could probably wake up at 6:45 now and still make it.. but I'd feel a bit too rushed.

yeah lateral raises are probably a good place to start

you probably already know this but be careful with how much weight you use, especially to begin with, because itll be hell if you damage your rotator cuffs

FFS, when I was at uni, I NEVER left the house b4 0845, and that was when I was going to the gym before a 1000 lecture! I guess the fact I could cycle (Cambridge, we do that!) to class in 8 mins did help....

whats that tbm? yea deadlift until ur anus prolapses....Deadlifting works lower lumbar, glutes and hammys, which'll tighten and shorten them and be uber counter-productive should u ever wanna sprint....
