Rafina, who has represented both Spain U19 and Brazil U20, is expected to join Celta Vigo on a season-long loan within the next few weeks.

 

Looks like Nolito will be joining Celta Vigo from Benfica for 2.6 mil. That's big money for them. He fell out of favor at Benfica and was loaned to Granada last season scoring 3 times in 17 games. The previous season he had 11 goals for Benfica. Liverpool had expressed some interest previously ... which means nothing. source
