True. Both are really important. Also Sterling hasn't lived up to expectations. ..yet.

 

Agreed. Just a wonderful playmaker - really controls things in the final third in a way that really no other player in England can. De Bruyne will be a productive player for them no doubt, but he's more about capitalizing on opportunities in transition than patiently probing the way Silva does.

if you guys want to feel better about yourselves, turn on the milan game on bein. that first half was one of the worst i've seen this team play.

you're right. it's sad. milan's decline is part of the reason i started following chelsea. i wanted a good team who are fun to watch and whose management is competent, and i've always liked mourinho. then this summer happened.

 

I always liked Silva. I wanted him on Chelsea ages ago.
