You spoiled it for people who have not watched yet.;)

It was just fun to see the interactions with the cup and all the fans shots of the crowd.
Univision dropped the ball on that.

Yeah I agree I thought the celebrations were fun to see. I was busy during the day but watched the highlights, then some celebrating this evening. Satisfied with both.

Aw shoot! My bad. Hope I didn't truly spoil it for anyone who hadn't yet watched it, and who happened to take the somewhat risky approach of reading this thread before they did. But if I did that, I apologize. And I'll give you @HomietheClown the assist since you mentioned celebrations and I just added the subtle modifier of the team name! ;)

Maybe it's my physical location, but my Paramount+ is being utter trash right now. It doesn't seem to work at all.

Paramount+ will have 13 of 28 games in Concacaf, which is fewer than the 18 they had in March. They don't have any games on Wednesday June 2. On June 8 there are 11 games, 6 of which are between the top two seeds in each group, and Paramount+ has 5 of those. Here is the schedule for Paramount+:

    June 4:
Guatemala vs. St. Vincent and the Grenadines at 6:00 P.M.
Dominican Republic vs. Barbados at 7:00 P.M.
Nicaragua vs. Belize at 9:00 P.M.

    June 5:
Turks and Caicos Islands vs. Haiti at 3:00 P.M.
Bahamas vs. Trinidad and Tobago at 5:00 P.M.
U.S. Virgin Islands vs. El Salvador at 7:00 P.M.
Aruba vs. Canada (in Bradenton, Florida, USA) at 8:00 P.M.
Anguilla vs. Panama (in Panama) at 8:00 P.M.

    June 8 (the last matchday):
Haiti vs. Nicaragua at 5:00 P.M.
Curacao vs. Guatema at 8:00 P.M.
Canada vs. Suriname (in Bridgeview near Chicago, Illinois, USA) at 9:00 P.M.
El Salvador vs.. Antigua and Barbuda at 9:00 P.M.
Panama vs. Dominican Republic at 9:00 P.M.

I also see that the USA-Honduras Nations League semi will be on both paramount and CBS Sports Network.

    *Edit
The Mexico-Costa Rica Semi will also be on paramount.

Yeah, I'm so happy you tipped me off about all the games that end up on CBSSN (Uefa, Concacaf, etc)... I so prefer to watch footy on my DVR than on any streaming platform. Thanks again Homie.

    No problem.
We are in the same boat.
My Dish DVR is way better than any streaming service. Superior technology.

I can’t watch live tonight - how long does it take them to post replays?

Forever. Still not up. I remember this nonsense happening during the Champions League as well. A 2:45 match wouldn't show up until the next day.

Just flipped over to the USA-Mexico CONCACAF Nations League Final on CBS. Is that Bonetti I hear? Oh man, he's with them now to ruin Serie A on a third network.

Eh, never mind, it's Andres Cordero. But I did see on Twitter that Bonetti was hinting at some career news, so I'm sure it will be joining CBS.

People around here may not like the Halftime/ Post game commentators but I find them very entertaining.

Well I wish I could say that I saw the very end. A few mins before the final whistle (I assume there was a final whistle!!) my DVR recording ran out. No problem I thought, it's been 2 hours, I'll just go onto P+ and watch the end there. Tonight's final was not posted yet. A little while later they posted the highlights, but not the full match, so I watched those for the ending. Crazy indeed!

Not to mention Gooch's mock-threatening to choke a bitch.

no, not THAT bad, but um.. still telling a woman, even in jest, that "you will go over there and choke you".. bad view.

(to his credit ihe apologized live on national tv during the post game show.. it was one of those bantering moments that you can do with freiends, but NOT on national tv)

    edit: Here is the apology:

So many jokes can be made about those clips.

But I do not want to spoil the result for those of you people who still have not watched the game for some reason.

I missed both of those. But I did catch her anti-USA-pro-MEX banter which led upto these.

Still Gooch just can’t say shit like that especially to a woman.

Ps. I know nothing of Jamelly Farias but I liked her as an analyst.

I knew at that moment it was going to be a great game. US v Mexico and Gooch is on TV threatening to choke out El Tri fans...that's what I'm here for. Had no clue what he was apologising for until they mentioned it specifically at the end

Maybe he shouldn't have said it, but you could say the same about 80% of what Shaq and Chuck say and everyone loves them for it. Glad to see someone bring that sort of energy for a big game against Mexico.

World Soccer Talk is listing tonight's semifinals in the Colombia Premiera A as being on Paramount +.

I haven't had a chance to check the app yet, but a nice couple of matches tonight:

    Junior v Millionarios @ 5pm
    Tolima v. Equidad @7pm

The return matches are scheduled for 6/13 & 6/14

I don't think the dates for the Final have been determined yet. Maybe after the Copa America?!?

It will be cool if Paramount + is adding another South American league to their arsenal.

Does anyone have English language rights these days to Chile? That would be the logical next choice!

Update: I just checked the Paramount + app on Roku and there is no indication that they are airing these Colombian matches. We'll see is something appears closer to 5pm....
