Honestly, guys, just get a seat in any section nearby and squeeze into the Cauldron area. There will be plenty of open seats around you...I promise. Nobody checks tickets at PHP and people sit all over the place. Where will you guys be standing for this, again? Sec. 130, right? Shouldn't be a problem.
I think we are in 131 (not sure since my tickets are somewhere at home), not that one section makes a difference. I was kind of hoping he could just get a ticket anywhere and just move over with us. Hey, a quick question for you Texgator: According to the PHP web site, flag poles are not allowed. Is the rule enforced? Or do we need to remove the poles and leave them at home.
I really can't imagine that being a problem. Worst case scenario he can come stand with The Inferno I believe they are allowed but their is a height restriction. The in-bred morons of Sec 8 brought some flags with them when they were embarassingly knocked out of the USOC a few weeks ago. The only problem they had was realizing how they are FCD's bitches, now and always.
We had some flags at the game against RSL on espn2 a couple weeks ago, and we didn't get hassled when we waved them, and I waved that Irish flag for most of the first half And by the way, you will have no problem buying seats in any section and then moving over to the cauldron.
Call FC Dallas and ask for Emily Harting. She is in charge of customer relations and The Inferno and should be able to make sure all that gets okayed. The best thing, though, is for us to probably go in together - that way if there is a problem, you can fall under our "umbrella" and we can help straighten out any issues that might arise.
Yeah, since we are tailgating together, I guess we would most likely all go in together. Works for me.
I would bet you guys have the same rule we do, no more then one foot longer then the flag I would guess, but that's just a guess.
I don't know the details, but that isn't it (I don't think.) Seriously, contact Emily. Don't leave it to chance.
Hey! Just wanted to make sure you got the email that me and Kathie will be there - we have our hotel reservations and tickets to the game already. We'll be driving down on Friday and will be there for any match played on Saturday. Jason
Ok, the soccer game will be at noon on Saturday. The location of the field will be known shortly. It should be near our hotel/the stadium. As far as tailgating, the Inferno will have grill space for us. We will need to stop and pick up our beer and food to grill.
YEA......Chad finally get to move to the Adult table.....no more sitting at the card table with the other kids.
Chad I hope you aren't planning on seeing the game. I plan on using all of those "contributing to a minor" credits I have been saving up for the last three years, all at once.
Ok, I've been super busy with work and school and long story short I don't have a ticket, a room, or a ride. I figure I can order the ticket no problem. But I can't afford a double room on my own and my car definitely won't make the trip. Therefore I'm throwing myself on the mercy of my fellow fanatics. Does anyone have room in their vehicle and / or room? I'm good with floor space (I'll bring a sleeping bag and a pillow) and I'll definitely contribute to gas expenses and room cost. Hopefully I can iron all this out this weekend at the game and then I can safely order my ticket. Thanks, Kevin
