I'm going to have to convince my Sports Law professor to either end class early or hold class at Coach's if I'm going to make it in time. :D

He is saying that he is seconding what the guy he quoted said, says he wants a scarf.

I know that there was discussion before the sell was announced last season, but that may be a topic to consider bringing up on the board again, new scarves. But that is probably a bit big of a topic for the meeting the 17th, although we could do some prelimanary talks if people want to.

Why bother trying, Kevin. I hear that guy is a real jerk... a brilliant and ridiculously good looking jerk, but one none-the-less. :D

This meeing is a week away and I need your help.

I have decided to tackle the new scarf issue. I am willing to handle the ordering and distribution. I need help in three areas:
    1) Creativity. I am not creative. While a scarf doesn't take a lot of creativity, it also takes a decent digital picture file. I will need some people to step up and create some files for voting, etc.
    2) Money. I will be ordering over the amount that I get pre-orders for. I am doing this because I have seen the continued demand that Sam had for the last scarves. It would be great if I could get a small number of people who are better off financially and donate some money to this cause. Hopefully you'll get your money back. PM me if you are willing to help, as we don't need to make that info public if you don't want.
    3) ADVANCE ORDERS!!! Advance orders WITH payment up front, is what is most helpful. All of you know that I am good to my word with your money (see: CTS) so give me the money and I'll keep it in a safe place until I order them. The advance money helps those of us that are going to be footing the bill for the extras that will be sold to people who want them at a later date.

We'll talk more about this at the meeting next week.

I don't think I'll be able to make it either because of work.

I was thinking about what I wanted to do with the blue nylon, and I agree we have plenty of flags. I might replace a few, but for the amount of people we have it's enough.

We probably could use a lot more banners hung around the stadium, though. I think there's only like 5-7 each game.

If anyone thinks of something they want to make with it, let me know.

Or, enter the stadium early enough to fill up the front rows with "regulars".

Yeah, but then for some of us that cuts down on the boozing we do

But I agree... maybe rotate a group of people to enter 30 minutes or more before the game.

I know there are pat downs, but can't some people become sneaky and just smuggle some alcohol in?;)
