CAS to hear Fenerbahce case against UEFA and Turkish federation

''The Court of Arbitration for Sport will hear Fenerbahce's claim against UEFA and the Turkish Football Federation for the $45 million euro they say they are owed following their exclusion from the Champions League on June 18.

Turkish champions Fener were thrown out of Europe's elite club competition as part of an investigation into match-fixing that has seen more than 30 players and officials jailed pending trial, including Fener chairman Aziz Yildirim.

The criminal trial is ongoing. Fener is demanding the money to cover lost revenue from taking part in the competition, and for the damage done to their market value.
