Congratulations to all the Colombian football fans. You got rid of one of the most useless and incompetent coaches in football. This is going to benefit your national team greatly.

haha you seen Atalanta play recently haha

has to be Argie or Brazilian coach. Argentina seems more likely since the Language won’t be a issue.

regardless really late in the game for a coach. With no friendlies and no microcicle since it’s covid and the only time to do it would have been X-mad break and only if the Players wanted to go

Atalanta still playing offensive, they are just not scoring haha.

They went from the breaking records last season to barely doing 10% of it. Dramatic drop. It's not on the coach, I think the players are fatigued.

What were the problems when he ran Iran?

...besides the complete lack of positional awareness, nonexistent scouting, and whimsical substitutions, I mean.

Just 8 years of negativity on and off the pitch. Every match parking the bus, team couldn't even get 2-3 consecutive passes. The guy knows only one tactic, 11 bodies behind the ball, punt and pray.

On top of that, add none stop fighting and controversy off the field with other coaches and players etc. 10 months of the year on vacation break (not joking btw). Never ending excuses. I could keep going.

You guys should be very very happy that he's gone. And I'm sure you are.

I really tried giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was a right choice for Colombia. But his questionable timing/choice of subs always got worse and worse as time went on and simply put - these past two games were unacceptable. Especially considering how he put on the brakes against Venezuela when we were up 3-0. Goal difference is crucial in conmebol wcq.
