    That was the record for a long time until Rooney & Kane came along, Sir Bobby Charlton wasn't a striker though.:eek:

    If I'm not mistaken - Sir Stanley Matthews, Kevin Keegan & Michael Owen are the only others from England to have won the Ballon d'Or.

    As AJ123 posted in the Senior thread, England's greatest ever player and a man of integrity. It's only right that a stand is named after him at Old Trafford and the England Senior players train at SGP on a pitch named in his honour.
