Outstanding Pops! Thanks to all the Barra and DC United. Its really great to hear the team stepped up too. Hell the next thing you know Lenny Lambert and CSC are going to fly over to protect him for the rets of his tour! (Actually I hope not.... I kind of think CSC yellow will draw fire ANYWHERE in the world )
Jay and I were on same flight as team to Chicago and back so it was pretty easy to collect the rest, thanks Doug Hicks I'll bring it to you Wednesday, hope he likes his present from Barra =)
I am speechless. The Barra is the greatest. Brian called yesterday. Sadly, he lost a buddy in his platoon this past Saturday. However, the eight boxes of Barra goodies should be getting to him this week. He doesn't know they are coming. Thanks again as the timing could not be better He is still supposed to come home on leave in October. Let's hold onto this jersey and hopefully give it to him at a tailgate then. Again thanks to all in the Barra, especially Srdan, Jay, Oscar, Marshall that are making this happen. A very grateful Pops There is only ONE United and ONE Barra!!!!
I'm hoping to make it up for a match in October as well, please keep us apprised of what match he'll be coming to. I'll try to keep the Marine Corps vs Army scrapping to a minimum.
