First off, let me just give props to Lebron. Legendary performance in this years playoffs. Respect. But lets go... First bit of news, the New Orleans Hornets trade Emeka Okafor and Trevor Ariza to the Washington Wizrds for Rashard Lewis and the 4o something pick for this year's draft. My Wizards got away with high way robbery there.
Man, you got rid of Lewis. You must be thrilled. Meanwhile... Deng for the Dubs' pick (#7) and some other stuff including Biedrins' horrible contract is floating around. Chicago fans, are you really going to trade Luol??
Bwahhahaa. Bosh... why can't you ever look cool bro? That Le Batard rant was fantastic as usual. He went after Simmons, Barry, Charles and the rest. Loved it.
Ray Allen to Miami has a lot of traction. Garnett back to the Celtics? There was some rubbish rumor about a MEGA trade......... Mavs sign Deron, trade for Pau teaming them up with Dirk and Kidd.
I still think OKC should try to land Howard with Perkins, Harden + filler. Ibaka might be more appealing to Orlando but it makes it harder to work capwise.
Clippers are interested in Lamar. Mavs want to trade him before July 1st or they'll have to buyout his contract or postpone the deadline by mutual consent. Clippers offering Mo Williams but Mavs don't want anything significant coming back to their payroll and they're looking at signing Nash if Deron signs for NJ. So Clippers need to find a 3rd team to take Mo Williams off their hands. Guess who the third team is with a big enough trade exception (oh the little ironies of life) to absorb Williams' contract and a need at PG? The Los Angeles Lakers.
Time to see whether the Mavs can make it back into relevance this year. Only Deron won't be enough. Should Jet be resigned? I think we should use our amnesty on Haywood, but what centers are out there who the Mavs can get? This off-season would've been a bit more interesting if Dwight Howard hadn't extended. I think we need to get a consistent 2nd scorer. Luol Deng perhaps? And what about James Harden? It may seem unrealistic, but both Ibaka and Harden are on their rookie contracts, and I doubt the Thunder will be able to resign both of them when the time comes.
Here are some of the top free agents according to CBS... http://www.cbssports.com/nba/blog/e...ba-free-agency-ranking-the-top-40-free-agents As for Centers, you have the Lopez bro's, Camby, Kaman, Hibbert, McGee, Duncan, Garnett. There are some PF's also there who are intriguing.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nba--b...ulls--pacers--mavericks-and-timberwolves.html If Roy is back to anywhere near 80% of what he was before the injuries, he could turn some franchise around. He was on pace to become to premier 2 guard in the league along with Wade. Honestly, apart from the Warriors, I could see him making the rest of those teams significantly better. Especially Chicago and Dallas.
Man - another season of Howard circus will make my head explode. NJ only? Give me a break. I still think OKC should go for him.
That would be unfair. So would this. I'd love to see both trades happen just for the hype and hate it would generate...
I would love to see Roy on the Bulls, but that being putting a lot of pressure on already disintegrated knees.
