I tried to change my favorite team in my profile but next to all my posts, it still displays what I had listed as my old favorite team. How do I change that? Thanks.
There are two parts. I did a test and was unable to change the top line under the word "member." The second part where it starts with "Club:" didn't work when I typed New York Red Bulls, but it did work for Genoa. Apparently even though there isn't a drop-down menu anymore, your favorite club has to be among certain choices that it will start suggesting as you start typing. @dark knight
Ah, yes, I see the dropdown menu now. It will let me pick Dortmund but not the Crew. Oh well, Dortmund is a good club too... It still says my club is Wolfsburg though...
This has been one of the annoyances of BigSoccer over the years. I always wanted the ability to list more than one club, but the lower line only seems to accommodate one selection. (in my case "Arsenal FC") But then I found (or they enabled) the ability to edit the "Club:" field under Personal Details. This field is more free form, so you could fit multiple clubs in one line (in my case "Arsenal; NYRB")
