Looking at the clusters. Fortaleza - Recife - Salvador could be one (16 hours driving is a lot) Belo Horizonte - Sao Paulo - Rio the other.
Porto Alegre with 3 Stadiums could be nice, a Qatar style world cup with maybe a trip to Rio / Sao Paulo in between.
I would not put all eggs into the Porto Alegre basket, after reading how recent climate events have ravaged that city.
The tournament will be played from 24 June to 25 July 2027. CONMEBOL will have new WWC qualifiers tournament for WWC 27 in Brazil. Copa America tourney will no longer be the route to WWC. (it will remain as qualifiers for PanAm Games 2027 and Olympics 2028). New tournament will be played 2025-26 (without the host Brazil). Each team will play 8 matches (4 home, 4 away) The criteria that define which matches will be played at home and which away will still be defined by the CONMEBOL Council. First two teams qualify directly to WWC, third and fourth will qualify for intercontinental play-offs.
