Do any Cannuk fans know the identity of the Canadian on trial with the Rapids??? I was told Hankinson keeps a close eye on both Jordan and Steve Kindal of Vancouver and Mauro Biello of Montreal.

I didn't even know there was a Canadian on trial with Colorado. I know the Rapids had an interest in Jordan last year, but things didn't work out.

    Jordan turned them down.

I didn't know that. I thought that Colorado didn't have another allocation for a foreign player?

Are you sure you are not thinking about the Avalanche?

You may be right. I think I'm thinking about his trying out for the Earthquakes.

No, I think you were right the first time. I believe Jordan was offered a contract by Colorado but it wasn't high enough to get him to leave Vancouver.

As to who is currently on trial with Colorado, I don't have any idea.

Colorado offered him what his MLS value was. He had a better offer from an A-league side. A foreigner has to be a lot better than the majority of American options to get a good contract. The Canadians that fit that description can make more money in Europe.

Personally I don't think Jordan really likes the idea of leaving Vancouver. He's tried out overseas and in the USA and always finds a reason to stay in Vancouver.
