As posted on the V's by Vancouver Fan: http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/soccer/359329_soccbok17.html Seems SUM World is the promoter...hope to see something pan out.
It´s confirmed: http://esporte.uol.com.br/futebol/ultimas/2008/04/28/ult59u154950.jhtm Brazil x Canada in Seattle, May 31. And versus Venezuela, in Boston, June 6.
It's too bad we can't line up someone decent to play against leading up to our first WCQ matches. How are we supposed to get the team into form with opponents like this?
Yes, I was being sarcastic. I've seen enough posts complaining about the lack of preparatory matches so I thought I'd have a little fun.
hey guys i want to ask will canada bring out strongest team for this match? i am really hoping to see julian de guzman..
This should be part of the preparation for WCQ, so expect the first team. Unless Mitchell looks to play many players in the June 1 and 6 friendlies, in which case it might not be the top XI.
Ouch. I sense pain for us... On a cheerful note, rumour is that Tam Nsaliwa has finally regained his clearance to play for us. He scored a wicked goal for AEK this past weekend againast Panathinaikos so he's rounding into form at the right time...
Less pain than it could be! Adriano (and Kleber) will only join the squad for our WC qualifers in June.
None of the regular networks that show EPL or TFC games are showing the game.. Probably have to rely on a sopcast or justin2 or whatever
