How embarrassing and anti-climatic. First there is this build up by the announcer and the entire stadium is looking to the flag pole to see the flag raised and this flag the size of a pillow case is raised next to the huge Texas and US flag. How bush.
Eventually they took it down and added the huge organge dynamo flag with the crappy little cup flag underneath. Someone didn't bother to check it out beforehand. They probably took it out of its plastic bag just before raising it.

    LOL.

Yea, the flag thing sucked. I could've bought them a Dynamo flag, and they could have pasted the little one over it:rolleyes:

OMG when they made the announcement I was waiting for this huge flag to be pulled up on the flag pole. We were all like what the crap is that thing. Dang I think the towels that Gallery Furniture sponsored were bigger that that thing they called a flag.

We got a flag? Here...let me put on my glasses so I can see it:rolleyes:

What a disappointment. If they wanted a flag, they should have asked the EB/TA to make one. We'd make a bad*** m' f'in flag to represent. Maybe that should be our next order of business....

HAHAHA... I told my firends the samething. It's like Oliver drew up the plans for a flag and notated inches instead of feet.

"I think that the problem *may* have been, that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being *crushed* by a *dwarf*."

In the post game thread somebody said they had a bigger one but couldn't get it attached or something like that. That seems strange though. I never noticed that they raised the Dynamo flag latter on.

How embarrassing, and in front of the mayor and expresident, neither one of which have probably been to a Dynamo game....

Oh, my god, that is embarrassing. Plus having only 16,000 fans. I know, I understand it was Easter, and I still think the 16,000 is on the low side, but still in front of the boss, I wish we would have sold out.

What was great was 16,000 chuckles when they raised the 'championship' flag! The scudettos on the jersey were bigger!
I think the chivas game will be a big crowd.

I don't know if you could see the players' faces during that-but I could. Ching and DeRo started with a big smile and then brokk into laughter. Davis just shook his head.

No, anything smaller qualifies as a dishtowel. A scarf if it's longer.

It's poetic justice. If it wasn't for the players and coaches, the Dynamo organization would be joke. The organization, once again not including the players and coaches (aka the on-field product), seems to step in "p.r." crap like it is taking a stroll through a dog park. Also, if you have ticket problem and have to deal with the ticket office, you need lottttttttttts of patience and time.
